Educational Options for the 21st Century!

Charter Connections Academy 9-12 provides an incredible option for learning in the 21st century, providing the advantages of independent study with the added benefits of cutting edge instructional technology and curriculum, tutorial sessions, and core class instruction. The program, which serves students in grades 9-12, is designed for students and families seeking an effective alternative to a traditional educational program.  Families choosing this program want to be involved in the education of their children while receiving support from credentialed, highly qualified teachers in a safe, caring academic environment. Teachers meet individually with each student on a regular schedule to provide support, direct coursework, and assess progress.

Free Netbooks & Online Tools!

Charter Connections Academy 9-12 provides all students with an enhanced independent study experience by furnishing every student with a netbook, as well as a suite of online tools that provide access to curriculum and tutorials 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  This innovative program has been highly successful and motivational for our students, who love the ability to access course content anywhere at any time and the ability to communicate and interact more easily with instructional staff.  Combined with our school-wide wireless network and printers, students enjoy working at their own pace, without the need to physically plug into a cable for internet access.  Like the netbooks, wireless routers may also be checked out for free by our families who have plug-in internet service at home but lack wireless connectivity.  The instructional technology features of our program are so  effective that students find that they are able to accelerate their graduation date by making up missed credits and accelerating completion of courses.
